These are earrings/clip-on earrings that embody a graceful and enigmatic ambiance. This piece was created, inspired by our past work "Pur," inheriting the charm of "Pur" while placing further emphasis on the "Washi texture." The Washi is not colored at all, drawing out the unique "whiteness" and "durability" of Mino Washi. Each petal is processed with a leaf vein texture, resulting in a three-dimensional flower despite its simple structure. Furthermore, the entire piece is harmonized in just two colors, white and gold, making it easy to match with various outfits. The white appears strong indoors, but outdoors or depending on the light, the flower becomes subtly translucent and ephemeral. Cool in the summer. Delicate in the winter. "The Secret Flower" is more stylish compared to the lovely form of "Pur." While both share the common goal of expressing "Washi itself," they contrast in many aspects, such as the flower shape, number of petals, resin thickness, and production process—hence the name "The Secret Flower." With an asymmetrical design, you can enjoy wearing them on both ears or just one. The clip-on earring hardware is available in two types. Both are metal allergy compatible hardware, but the "Non-Pierced Ear Ring" (resin clip-on) is especially recommended for those with severe allergies. 《About Materials》 The flowers are made using Mino Washi (machine-made Japanese paper) produced in Gifu Prefecture. Mino Washi is made by thoroughly cleaning and bleaching Kozo (the raw material for Washi) using plenty of clear water from Gifu's Nagara River over time. Mino Washi is crafted by pouring in the blessings of Gifu. Although they are coated with resin for durability and water resistance, please do not soak them in water for a long time or leave them wet. This may cause color fading, color transfer, or deterioration of the metal hardware. If they get wet, gently wipe away the moisture with tissue paper or a soft cloth and dry them thoroughly. When not wearing, please clean the hardware, store in a well-ventilated area away from high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight.
