It features a blend of durable canvas and premium coffee bean sacks sourced from Rwanda, showcasing the inherent beauty of the materials in its design. Named "Brule Bag" for its color reminiscent of French creme brulee and the English pronunciation of burlap, this collection offers three "flavors" in terms of size: the large "Caramel Brule," the medium "Vanilla Brule," and the small "Original Brule." In partnership with middle-aged and senior women artisans in Taiwan, these bags are lovingly handcrafted. As printing inks vary by origin, please avoid the printed areas when washing to prevent fading. ◗◗◗ Returns & Exchanges Policy ✔ Due to the use of coffee bean sacks from various origins, patterns on the same product will vary. Items are shipped randomly, and returns or exchanges based on pattern preference are not accepted. ✔ This product is custom-made upon order by our artisans, and as such, it is considered a personalized item and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, the brand offers a 7-day exchange service for defective items. Buyers who are extremely particular about perfection and cannot accept minor imperfections in the burlap sacks or variations in color or pattern compared to the photos are advised to reconsider their purchase. ✔ Returned items must be in their original packaging. If the product has been improperly disassembled or used, resulting in damage, scratches, scuffs, stains, or incomplete packaging that renders it unsellable, or if accessories are missing, returns will not be accepted. For returns due to personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Scratches, cracks, deterioration, breakage, or external damage resulting from normal use, such as collisions, friction, drops, wiping, or water exposure, are not covered under the return policy.
