Embroidered Seafood Futomaki Brooch

Thank you for finding and viewing my item amongst so many others. This is an embroidered brooch of a thick sushi roll, reminiscent of those found in the deli section of a supermarket. It is rolled with tuna, salmon, cucumber, and tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet). For the tuna and salmon, white stitches have been added to enhance their realistic appearance. The tamagoyaki has been embroidered with a brownish hue, hinting at a subtly sweet flavor. Perhaps a fun option for sushi lovers, or even as a playful alternative to the traditional Ehomaki for Setsubun? (lol) The back of the brooch is finished with felt, faux leather, and a brooch pin. The hair tie features a faux leather backing. It makes a lovely accent not only on clothing but also on bags and hats. It complements casual outfits beautifully.
