Damages incurred under normal use within the free warranty period, deemed as quality issues by ARTIMISI, will be eligible for a replacement or free repair. If the issue is not related to quality, a labor fee will be charged. Consumers are responsible for a portion of the repair costs; this includes replacement of lost components, repairs for specific damages, or any other potential repair needs. a. Gem-quality cubic zirconia under 0.1 carat will be repaired free of charge within the warranty period; a material fee will apply for gem-quality cubic zirconia over 0.1 carat. b. Pearl detachment without damage to the pearl pin can be repaired free of charge, provided the original pearl is retained. c. Pearl detachment with a broken pearl pin (pin lodged within the pearl) or lost pearl will incur material and labor fees for the pearl. 3. For natural damage repairs requested more than three months after the purchase date, a repair fee ranging from NT$300 to NT$1500 may apply, depending on the assessment.
