White Crystal Ball Wire Wrapped Pendant. Metal material is silver artistic copper wire. Overall dimensions (L x W) are 30x19mm. About a year or two ago, I created two rainbow crystal ball pendants. From the moment they were finished until they were both chosen, I consistently received inquiries from customers and friends. I recall that many people felt the 23-24mm sphere size was a bit large. Therefore, for this new version, I specifically selected smaller crystal balls for crafting. These crystal balls, unlike the previous ones with large internal fractures creating rainbows all over, each possess a unique character. The rainbows and the reflections from their internal fissures intertwine to form their own singular scenery. However, it's important to note that the rainbows in these types of crystals are caused by internal cracks. When selecting the main stone, my primary focus is ensuring that the cracks do not manifest on the surface. Secondly, aside from the fissures, the rest of the stone is clear, meeting the basic functional requirements for wearing jewelry. Nevertheless, they are not resistant to heavy drops or pressure, although most crystals and minerals are generally not meant to be dropped or crushed heavily 😆. The design follows the shape of the main stone, creating a woven net that allows ample light to pass through and can rotate 360 degrees. This piece is also the only crystal ball pendant made during the same period that uses a slightly thicker wire for the bezel. Although the difference is only 0.05mm, slight variations in the weaving height and finishing method can create distinct expressions for the piece. The crystal balls continuously transform under different backgrounds and light angles. The photos showcase the side I find most captivating, but I also highly recommend rotating it under light at every angle. In addition to commercially available silver chains, pieces treated with oxidized sterling silver are also recommended to be paired with stainless steel chains for a more harmonious color tone. ❖ During the wire wrapping process, slight marks or cuts from the tools may occur due to the tension of the wire. This generally does not affect the wearability of the piece. ❖ "Artistic copper wire" refers to a specialized craft wire consisting of a copper core, plating, and a protective layer. "Red copper wire" and "yellow copper wire" refer to bare copper wires (without plating). Silver wire will be specified as 925 or 999 silver. ❖ Natural stones may inherently have characteristics such as clouds, lines, or mineral inclusions. Minor imperfections from drilling or polishing may also be present. ❖ Shipping is by default in simple packaging, including clean anti-collision materials and a shipping bag. Natural oxidation is a normal phenomenon (they will gradually turn into a bronze/antique silver color). The color change and oxidation rate will vary depending on wear and individual body chemistry, which is also a characteristic of bare copper wire jewelry. In terms of oxidation speed, red copper wire oxidizes faster for most people (it may turn into an antique red-copper color within days to weeks), while yellow copper and silver oxidize more slowly. ❖ Wire that has undergone a vulcanization (antiquing) treatment will have a more stable color tone compared to untreated wire. However, polished areas will still naturally oxidize over time. ❖ If you wish to clean oxidized areas, you can generally use a silver polishing cloth or gently brush with toothpaste, then dry with a cloth or a hairdryer on a cool setting. ❖ After wearing, wipe off any moisture with a soft cloth and store it in the provided resealable bag. ❖ Please avoid wearing the jewelry during activities that cause heavy sweating, such as sports, or while visiting hot springs. This can accelerate wire oxidation and may also damage the natural stone. ❖ Jewelry made with unplated wires can be sent back for re-polishing at any time (only return shipping fees will apply). [Natural Stones] ❖ Natural minerals may have clouds, lines, mineral inclusions, or black spots. Minor imperfections from drilling or polishing may also be present during processing. ❖ The natural stones used in the pieces are mostly semi-precious stones. Some types of minerals may have lower hardness (this will be specifically noted). Please try to avoid contact between polishing items like silver polishing cloths and toothpaste and the natural stone parts when caring for the metal components of the jewelry. ❖ Please avoid wearing the jewelry during activities that cause heavy sweating, such as sports, or while visiting hot springs, as this may damage the natural stone.
