Residing in Taiwan, she works diligently in an old apartment in Taipei, pouring her heart into the art of stamp making. Previously an editor for magazines and books, she now devotes herself full-time to stamp design. Each season, she releases new collections of her handmade creations. Her collected works, Volumes 1-8, feature over 100 unique stamps. Her published books include "A Handmade Life in 12 Hours a Week," "Rubber Stamps, Open the Door!", and "12 Lessons for Beginner Rubber Stampers: Next Stamp Class." Primarily using erasers as her carving medium, each stamp is meticulously crafted stroke by stroke. Her stamp designs are often inspired by observations from daily life, landscapes and encounters from travels, and cherished interests, incorporating elements such as text, flora, geometric patterns, nature, and architecture. She then combines and deconstructs these elements, employing layered lines, intersecting planes, minimalist primary and secondary lines, and foreign text, along with personal symbols, to compose the final stamp imagery. She enjoys experimenting with stamp pairings and colors, exploring the interplay of solo performances, collaborations, and repetitions between stamps of various sizes. Many of her graphic designs are derived from fragments of her stamps, extended through printing and combination techniques, appearing on items like postcards and washi tape.
