A robust, large, brown raptor of the forest. Inhabiting low to mid-elevation forests, it is highly adapted to fragmented woodlands created by development. It is not particularly wary of humans, often perching in conspicuous locations and tolerating human activity at a moderate distance. As its common name "snake eagle" suggests, its diet primarily consists of snakes and reptiles, but it also preys on other animals ranging from earthworms to large songbirds. Crafted from elements of original hand-painted watercolors, these are handmade pieces. Available in two sizes: Large: Approximately 7.5cm long and 3.5cm wide.
