The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order items, please allow 2-6 weeks for production (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you require the jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to see if expedited production is possible. Items that undergo factory processing require a longer lead time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
