You can view the estimated shipping time on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. Made-to-order pieces require a waiting period. If you need your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check availability or if expedited production is possible. Items processed by our factory require a longer lead time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced at $2000 or above will be presented in a jewelry box (boxes for items under $2000 can be purchased separately). 2. Non-plated sterling silver items will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items will be packaged with minimal materials (items with boxes will still include them). If you require separate packaging, please inform the designer.
