[Chef Introduction]
Head of R&D, Jacky, served as the Sous Chef at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Hong Kong (a Michelin 2-star restaurant at the time, now 3-star) in 2014. In 2016, he traveled to Japan to apprentice under Yukio Konishi, a renowned authority on Spanish cuisine in Osaka. Upon returning to Taiwan, Jacky embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, combining his overseas culinary expertise with local Taiwanese ingredients to successfully open his own "Spanish Farmhouse Cuisine" restaurant.
In less than a year and a half, Jacky not only expanded his restaurant but was also featured on the popular food show "Super Taste." He was then recognized by the renowned Singaporean luxury tea and dining group TWG, who invited him to develop pastries for their 48 outlets across the Asia-Pacific region, and he moved to Singapore to serve as the Director of Pastry Research and Development at their headquarters.
Returning to Taiwan in 2021, Jacky dedicated himself entirely to the field of baking, committed to bringing a variety of surprises to the handmade pastry and dessert market through his most sincere craftsmanship, utilizing the experience he has accumulated over the years.

**Homeward Bound let’s go home**
"Only the mirror lake water before the door, the spring breeze does not change the waves of old."
It is named "Homeward Bound" because the pastry has many layers of flavor, starting with the spiciness of pepper and ending with a sweet aftertaste. This complex taste profile evokes the deep emotion of returning home after being away for many years. "Homeward Bound" also signifies a "lingering aroma," as we use local ingredients from Yilan, creating a unique layered flavor. The first taste is ginger, followed by lingering notes of lemon and lemongrass that fill the mouth, leaving a fragrance that makes one unable to stop.
