Except for damaged items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or refunds. - Dried flowers are inherently delicate. A small amount of petal shedding during unboxing is unavoidable. If you are a perfectionist, please consider carefully before placing your order. - As floral materials are seasonal, if a particular flower is out of stock, we will design and arrange appropriate alternatives while maintaining the same color palette and overall aesthetic. - Dried and preserved flowers are natural materials. Some slight shedding due to collision during transport is unavoidable. We will do our best to package and protect the items. | How to Care | Keep dried flowers out of direct sunlight and away from water. Place them in a cool, shaded area. They can last for more than two to three years, depending on the preservation environment. If dried flowers become damp or moldy, gently wipe them with alcohol. If dust accumulates, use a hairdryer on a low heat and low speed setting to blow it away.
