Beyond Mr. Amo's unique skills, each stroke reveals texture, incorporating the Japanese Maki-e technique, allowing its grain to be visible. Standard lacquered pens present a uniform, smooth surface without discernible brushstrokes. It offers more flexibility than typical market nibs, providing a responsive writing experience that expresses your unique taste. If your handwriting is small or compact, we recommend an EF (Extra Fine) or F (Fine) nib.
