✅ Material package contents:
• No matter which size you choose, each set of materials will come with 3 sets of molding clay, giving you three chances to take molds to ensure the most perfect nose pattern details.
• The size of the finished pendant and the amount of molding material in the material package will be adjusted according to the size you choose.
✅ Additional molding needs: If you want more opportunities to mold, or want to make commemorative accessories for multiple fur babies, you can purchase additional molding clay!

Customization process🛠️
1. Order and delivery of material package
After placing the order, we will send out the material package within5 working days
, which includes all the necessary tools and detailed instructions.
2. Nose print collection and impression taking🐶👃
Refer to the instructional video in the material package and collect nose prints with your pets at home.
The material package containsthree sets of modeling clay, providing three opportunities for modeling, ensuring that you can select the most complete nose print model.
After completion, please send the most satisfactory model back to the studio, and the designer will make it according to the completeness of the nose print.
3. Send back the model📮
Return the completed model, the modeling clay and the information card to the studio using the self-addressed envelope provided.
This order includes two shipping costs from the studio, but does not include the shipping cost of sending the material package back to the studio after printing. You can choose to mail it or go to the store to save shipping costs.
※Once the material package is sent out from the studio, the order cannot be cancelled.
※If you choose to bring your pet to the studio to assist with rubbing, please place an order and remit the payment and send a private message to the editor to make an appointment.
4. Production and delivery of finished products🎁
- Once the studio receives the model, they will start making your customized necklace.
- The finished product will be completed and shipped within 15 to 20 working days.
- After sending, we will notify you through the pinko platform and provide tracking information.

Silver jewelry maintenance:
If the necklace becomes oxidized or dullsoak it in a mixture offoil + salt + hot water for 5 to 10 minutes, wipe it with a sponge, and finally clean it with a soft-bristled toothbrush dipped in detergent to restore its luster.

If you require additional laser engraving services, please discuss the details with us first and we will provide an additional quote. This service requires an additional3 working daysof production time.
Necklace style change:
Can be exchanged for other necklace styles at an additional cost.
