Please refer to the product mockup. The text will primarily be in Regular or Bold font. If a special font is required, the customer must provide the font file. The shipping time for customized products will be discussed with the customer separately. Customized products are made according to the customer’s requirements and cannot be resold to other customers. Therefore, returns are not accepted, and the 7-day appreciation period does not apply. 【Other Notes】 The product does not include incense cones. The product is available in limited stock and is usually made to order, taking about 5 days. Please consider if you can accept this before placing an order. If the product is sent incorrectly or severely damaged during shipping, please take photos or videos as evidence and contact me for assistance. There may be slight color differences between photos and screens. The product is the common cement gray color.
