Will they cause allergies? A: Our earring hooks and posts are typically made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in mass-produced jewelry, our materials and plating do not contain nickel, thus preventing allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction, it may be due to several factors: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual sensitivity (acidic perspiration, or skin and blood cells that easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). Ear sensitivity has many causes, and the earring hook material is rarely the sole factor. We recommend undergoing an "allergen screening" test at a hospital, which you can opt to pay for privately, to clarify the specific cause and protect both parties' rights. Since we began crafting jewelry in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings with no customer reports of allergic reactions. Is it really made of paper, or acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Acrylic technology is not yet advanced enough to create such intricate designs. All our items are handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday situations (such as humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them for activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does shipping take after placing an order? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays (No shipping, as we participate in on-site markets) As we often set up at markets and events, and postal services do not operate on weekends, all our items are shipped between Monday and Friday.
