→ Product Introduction Ru ware, historically renowned as the foremost of the five great ceramics of the Song Dynasty, features a glaze that is lustrous and smooth, with a texture like condensed fat. Its understated elegance and refined simplicity made it a peerless ceramic masterpiece of the Song era. Master Ye's Ru porcelain, with its balanced iron content and controlled reduction firing, results in a body of a pale grey hue. The glaze shifts between sky blue and powder blue under different lights, creating a sense of fusion between the earth and the glaze. The crackles on the glaze are as fine as fish scales, gradually deepening and becoming more lustrous upon contact with tea, enhancing the ware's aesthetic appeal. Furthermore, this piece is adorned with touches of copper red, also known as oxblood red, on the body. This not only increases the difficulty of firing but also imbues the Ru ware with vibrant color.
