Wrap the tape measure around your finger starting from 0 cm, tightening it just enough to be snug. The resulting measurement is your finger's inner circumference. You can then find the corresponding ring size by referring to the ring size chart. Measure Inner Diameter of an Existing Ring If you already have a ring that you wear frequently and find comfortable, you can measure its inner diameter. Use a ruler or caliper to measure the inner diameter of the ring.
