✿ No refunds are available after booking confirmation.
✿ Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the session, with no refund.
✿ Creation time ranges from 1.5 to 4 hours. If a piece cannot be completed within the allotted time, it will be finished as a semi-complete item.
We can assist with completing the piece at the studio.
✿ Rescheduling is permitted only if notified at least 2 days in advance, and is limited to one change. 【No changes are accepted on the day of the appointment】.
✿ Each participant in our experience classes creates one piece of work. Creating one piece together as a pair is not permitted.
✿ In the event of force majeure (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes), we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
✿ During the experience, the instructor will take photos and videos, which may be shared on our social media platforms. Please inform us if you prefer not to have your image shared.
