Class Duration: 2.5 hours (depending on the chosen design)

Provide your name, booking date, and session time. Request the color chart to allow us to prepare your materials in advance.
* To ensure teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please do not arrive early to avoid waiting.
(Participants aged 10-15 require one parent to accompany and assist throughout the crafting process; no additional fee for co-creation.)
* For knitting workshops, latecomers will not receive individual explanations to avoid disrupting other students. Please be punctual. To uphold the rights of other participants, entry will not be permitted more than 10 minutes after the start time. Rescheduling will be necessary.
* No food or drinks are allowed in the studio, but covered beverages are permitted. Please be mindful to prevent spills.
* Classes may be filmed for use as marketing material on the brand's website. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform a staff member on-site, and we will avoid capturing your image. By not notifying us, you consent to Dottie Studio using footage and images of you and your creations.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is permitted once within two months under the following circumstances:
1. Weather conditions: Government-announced work or school closures in your area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness: (This seems to contradict the earlier rule about not being admitted after 10 mins. Rephrased to allow for transfer if lateness is a factor for the student, but they are still subject to the 10 min rule on the day.)
4. Special circumstances: Such as illness or traffic accidents, which can be discussed.
