Colors may vary on different computer/phone screens, and there will inevitably be slight color differences in printing. Customized products have unique results; perfectionists, please refrain from ordering! 2. Please provide your favorite photo. If you wish to change the photo after the artwork is complete, a modification fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged. 3. Products are presented naturally. Lighting and tones will be adjusted during production, but no beautifying filters will be applied. If this is a concern, please provide a filtered photo yourself. Refund & Returns // If you wish to cancel for a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee will be charged at NT$100 per photo. Customized items are not subject to the seven-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. (We cannot resell products ordered by you) In case of defects, shortages, or discrepancies with your order, please contact us, and we will assist you. Returns will also not be accepted for subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or personal aesthetic judgments. Custom Order Instructions // 1. Select the item you wish to customize and complete the payment. 2. After completing your order, please contact customer service. 3. Upon receiving your order and artwork files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo matching with you. 4. Once the photos are confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. You will receive a draft for proofing within 1-3 days of the physical item's design completion. 6. After confirmation, printing and production will be arranged. Printing typically takes 30-35 business days, though some items may take longer, as specified for each product. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. You will be notified on the day of shipment once the printed product is packaged. Early arrival will result in earlier dispatch.
