Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique textures and markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, and veins – these are not defects. Minor dents or scratches acquired during processing, shipping, or production are also considered normal, provided the leather surface is not compromised. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major imperfections.
