Event Description/ The rock-textured Silver made of HOU'S brand is made of 925 sterling silver, which fully allows you to experience the memory of metalworking and create a unique gift that can be walked in the light of stone. From the experience of this workshop, you can learn about the basic metalworking processes and production methods. The event takes place at a Swinhoe coffee shop in Zhongxin Market in Taichung, and the HOU'S studio is on the second floor, a secret base where artists and creators are invited from time to time to share resources. Activities/ Children over the age of twelve can participate. The whole process will be guided and accompanied by creators who understand technology. It is both fun and safe teaching. Everyone is welcome to experience it together! The course first introduces basic tools and starts measuring finger circumference. You can first think about which finger you want to wear it on the most. (about 12 minutes) ↓ 2. Start scoring on the Silver and get ready to start cutting with the Sawyer. (about 25 minutes) ↓ 3. Start using the gun and start annealing and quenching. (about 10 minutes) ↓ 4. After drying, first cut the surface and slightly grind the uneven inner surface. (about 12 minutes) ↓ 5. Pick up the ring circumference stick and start tapping the entire circle; at the same time, you can test whether the size is suitable. (about 8 minutes) ↓ 6. After the gap is closed, you can prepare for welding. (If you are worried about the use of any tool, please ask the teacher for assistance) (about 15 minutes) ↓ 7. After the welding is completed, round and polish. (about 15 minutes) ↓ 8. The last step is polishing to complete today’s experience.
