📍 Hot-stamping is available in English and a limited selection of Chinese characters (refer to the illustration below). We do not offer hot-stamping of "numbers" or "symbols." For special hot-stamping requests, please message the designer to discuss. 📍 All key cases will require a break-in period. The leather will soften and become more pliable with use due to the added thickness. Please consider this before ordering if you are sensitive to such changes. 📍 Key case styles can vary depending on the "purchase year" and "owner's selected options" for each car model. Kindly send a photo of your key for verification before placing an order. __Ordering Process__ 💁🏻 Production begins only after your order is placed. Items will be shipped within 10 business days, excluding weekends, starting from the day after your order is confirmed. Each additional item may require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeline before ordering. The product is crafted using a wet-molding technique, which requires 2-4 days for air-drying. While minor imperfections in the leather may not be apparent when flat, they can become more noticeable once the leather is molded into a three-dimensional shape. If significant flaws are found, the piece will be remade. Specify Hot-Stamping Content in Order Notes** Hot-stamping is done using movable type. English characters can be freely arranged. Chinese characters use a fixed font. __Numbers cannot be hot-stamped. Please inquire with the designer about the feasibility of mixed hot-stamping.__ Uppercase letters are 4mm high, lowercase letters are 3mm high. Due to the difficulty in evenly heating every character with the hot-stamping machine, issues like foil peeling may occur, especially with many or long characters, or when using all uppercase letters. These situations are unavoidable. Please consider your chosen text carefully. 2. The hot-stamping add-on covers the price for a single line of text only. It does not include back-side or multi-line stamping. 3. This product is made to order. Production time varies depending on the size and quantity of items. Typically, items are shipped within 10 business days (excluding weekends). 4. Leather naturally has variations in grain and may show marks from the cow's life, such as scars or insect bites. Please proceed with the order only if you find these natural characteristics acceptable. 5. All product photos are actual representations. However, color variations may occur due to computer monitor settings and lighting conditions. The actual product color is the final reference. 6. Handmade items may exhibit slight imperfections inherent to the crafting process and may not be as flawless as factory-produced goods.
