Before purchasing a hat (excluding headbands and hair accessories): Please measure your actual head circumference first to select a size (use a soft tape measure to circle around your head, along the upper edge of your eyebrows, passing through the occipital protuberance, symmetrically). Do not adjust your actual head circumference measurement. 2. Order Production: After placing an order and payment, production is typically completed within 5-7 days. If there are many orders, production time may be extended; this will be negotiated between buyer and seller. Orders in production do not accept requests for refunds or style changes. 3. Pattern Randomness: As the position of the fabric cut for each item varies with each production batch, the pattern distribution will not be exactly the same as shown in the product photos. 4. Online Shopping Color Difference: Color differences are unavoidable in online shopping due to factors such as display devices (monitors, mobile phones, tablets, etc.), photography equipment, lighting, and individual color perception. The seller processes product photos with the principle of restoring the primary color of the actual item as much as possible. However, it is difficult to adjust the colors of all accessories or patterned parts in product photos. The color deviation displayed on different computers and mobile phones will vary, and even on the same device, differences may arise due to settings like brightness, contrast, and color modes. The seller has no way of knowing the extent of color deviation perceived by the buyer on the product photos.
