Only calcium aluminum garnet is tsavorite (they have different chemical compositions). (Another green garnet is calcium iron aluminum garnet.) Typically, only tsavorite of gemstone quality exhibits such a vibrant green hue, with a clear, unclouded crystal. Ink blue sapphires are used at the tips. Both feature a faceted, teardrop cut, making them exceptionally brilliant. \ Tsavorite and sapphire pairings are often seen in high-end bespoke jewelry / They offer an elegant, serene, and timeless aesthetic when worn.
