Unlike PU or patent leather which appear flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique lines and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect spots, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not defects. During processing, transportation, and production, minor indentations or scratches may occur. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered within the normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid large scars. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to the perfection of machine-made items, but it possesses a unique delicate warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, darken, and gain a patina, gradually presenting a unique appearance that belongs to the individual. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather product uniquely charming. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Secondly, even within the same brand, leather color can vary between different batches and storage times. Even on the same piece of leather, the color absorption differs across various parts due to variations in grain. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This product is **"custom-made to order"**. Please specify your custom requirements such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font" when ordering. If no specifications are provided during checkout, it is understood that you agree to the designer selecting the "stitching color" and leaving the "embossed text" area blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed).
