・Admission is open 10 minutes before the event. Please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to enter the venue, nor will you be refunded. ． Do not bring smelly food, so as not to affect the feeling of aroma ． Do not spray perfume on the body that day, so as not to interfere with the judgment of the fragrance ． Participation is only for registered students, please wait outside the classroom for accompanying persons ・If the number of applicants for the event does not reach 4 three days before the start date of the event, we will have the right to cancel the event and notify you to change the event or refund. ・If you are unable to attend after the payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and all fees incurred at 30% of the ticket price will be charged. Since the designer has to prepare materials ten days before the event, refunds and exchanges will not be accepted within ten days from the day before the event. ・Only those who are over 12 years old can sign up for this event. ・If the number of applicants for the event does not reach 4 three days before the start date of the event, we will have the right to cancel the event and notify you to change the event or refund. ・If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund. ・In the event of a refund or course cancellation, the full authority of the invoice discount operation will be handled by Guoyi Wenchuang. ・If the class is closed due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you to postpone or refund. ・We will take a side shot of the experience event and upload it to the community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for activity records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site, and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
