Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, or production are also considered normal if the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for significant damage. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot compare to the perfection of machine-made items but possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, darken, and gain a patina, gradually revealing a unique appearance that belongs to you. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, color variations can occur due to different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide (affecting dye absorption). Colors will not be identical between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This item is made to order as a "customized product." Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," in the order notes. If no notes are provided, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications made by us, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
