About Our Studio:
"Qing Handmade Soap" Tamsui store, located near MRT Zhubei Station, is the brand's first offline flagship store. It offers a brand new, comfortable handmade space, along with a product display area, expert teaching zone, and a leisurely light dining area. ? Essential oil types and materials are subject to availability on-site.
? Each session opens with a minimum of 1 participant and accommodates up to 4. If the minimum participant count is not met three days before the scheduled activity, Qing Handmade Soap reserves the right to cancel the session and will notify you to reschedule or receive a refund.
? As we prepare materials three days in advance, cancellations within three days prior to the event are not eligible for a refund.
? If rescheduling is necessary, please inform us three days before the activity. Failure to do so will incur a preparation fee of $300.
? Participation is limited to registered individuals. Unregistered guests are not permitted to accompany or participate.
? Entry is permitted 15 minutes prior to the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please be punctual.
? Participants are expected to adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Participants will be responsible for any damages caused by violations.
? In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), Qing Handmade Soap will proactively contact you to arrange for postponement or a refund.
? If you choose to withdraw from the activity for reasons not attributable to Qing Handmade Soap, no refund will be issued.
? If the workshop is canceled due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, Qing Handmade Soap will proactively contact you to arrange for postponement or a refund. In the event of a typhoon, the closure and cancellation standards announced by the location of the event will apply, regardless of the participant's location.
? The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on Qing Handmade Soap's social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
