(Customization prices are adjusted based on specific requirements.) • For minor adjustments to color palettes, floral elements, etc., please screenshot your desired item and discuss it with the designer. /Return Policy/ We take great care in packaging to ensure safe delivery. If, unfortunately, severe damage occurs, please take photos immediately upon receipt and send them to the designer. We will then create and ship a new piece to you. ——————————— Caring for Dried and Preserved Flowers: - Avoid direct sunlight and place in a well-ventilated area. - Avoid excessively humid environments (e.g., bathrooms, kitchens). - On rainy days, consider using a dehumidifier to maintain optimal humidity levels and prevent mold. - If the surface of the flowers collects dust, gently brush it off with a soft brush or use a hairdryer on its lowest setting. Preserved flowers (also known as eternal flowers) are real flowers treated with special techniques and dyes to maintain their beauty. They do not require watering.
