Each piece is entirely handmade, air-dried naturally, and then fired. It undergoes an initial firing at 800°C for shaping, followed by a high-temperature glaze firing at 1230°C, typically requiring about 10 working days. After firing, the dimensions will slightly shrink, and the color may vary; the finished product is the final reference. Minor imperfections such as slight asymmetry or irregularities in shape are characteristic of the handmade process, contributing to a rustic texture and the warm, unique charm of artisanal pottery.
