Unlike flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining unique marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not flaws. Minor indentations or scratches may occur during processing, shipping, and production. Unless the leather surface is damaged, these are considered within normal range. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major damage. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to varying stock duration. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ CUSTOMIZATION POLICY /** (No trial period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order via customization. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided, the designer will select the stitching color, and the embossing will be left blank. As each order is customized, it cannot be resold to others. (The finished product cannot have stitching changed or text re-embossed.) Therefore, unless there is a manufacturing error, our "customized products" are not eligible for a trial period or returns/exchanges for any reason (e.g., too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not as expected, etc.).
