MC MIR-20M F/3.5 20mm WIDE ANGLE LENS FOR M42 ZENIT, PENTAX, PRACTICA

Mir-20M is a wide-angle coated lens with springblend aperture designed for for M42 Zenit, Practica, Chinon, Pentax, Cosina, Yashica and other SLR cameras with same lens mount. Mir-20 series lens was based at ideas of Flektogon Carl Zeiss wide angle lenses. In the main, most all Soviet lenses are exceptionally good and this one is no exception! It can be used with a lot of digital Micro 4/3 cameras with simple and inxpensive adapter. ITEM'S CONDITION: New Old Stock The lens looks like never used before. The glass is very clean, with no any fungus, separations or scratches, but very minor cleaning marks can come even from the factory... Aperture blades open and close smoothly, focusing is a bit tight, but acceptable. Cosmetically lens looks in fine condition, just examine item's photos please. All functions are available. TECHNICAL FEATURES * Focus 20 mm. * Angle of view about 96 degrees. * Relative aperture 1:3.5 (up to 1:16 with clicks). * Amount of optical elements - 9. * Resolution (pairs of lines per 1 mm): not less than 50 in the center and 17 on the edge of frame. * Springblend aperture with push-up pin which closes the aperture when shutter release button is depressed or the shutter fires. * The lens has very nice "A"-"M" aperture selector, it will very useful if You'll use different devices (for example macro rings) which have no springblend aperture driver. * Mounting M42 x 1mm groove, known as Pentax Thread Mount, same with a lot of old SLR cameras (Practica, Chinon, Yashika, Bessaflex etc). * Mounting for different modern SLR & dSLR cameras will not bring any trouble with well-spread M42 adapters. * The lens is well-applicable for digital cameras with Micro 4/3 system and other with working distance 45.5mm and less, with the use of adapters: All Sony NEX, Olympus, Panasonic: Lumix DMC-G1, DMC-GH1, DMC-GF1, DMC-G2, DMC-G10, Epson, Samsung and other. * Optical registration 45.5 mm. * Focusing from 0.18m. * Scale of distances in meters. * Filter mount M 28x0.75mm (tiny filter for rear part of the lens). * Dimensions: diameter 92 mm, length (with lens caps) 68 mm. * Weight (without case and lens caps) 0.47 kg.
