Please send a photo of your key for verification before placing an order. __Ordering Process__ 💁🏻 Production begins only after your order is placed, and items will be shipped within 10 business days from the day after your order is placed. Each additional item may require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeframe before ordering. The product is made using a wet molding process, which requires 2-4 days for air drying. While surface imperfections may not be obvious when the leather is flat, they can become more pronounced once shaped into a three-dimensional form. If significant flaws are found, the piece will be remade. If an incorrect item is ordered due to failure to send a photo for verification, and the key case is forced onto the key causing deformation or damage, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. **1. Select Leather Color** Whisky / Vintage Brown / Winery Red / Forest Green / Night Green / Misty Cyan / Royal Blue / Indigo / Navy Blue / Ultimate Black __Whisky__: A honey-like color that gradually deepens to brown with use. Its light shade is prone to showing dirt and manufacturing marks, and leather grain is more apparent. English letters can be freely arranged and stamped, while Chinese characters use a fixed font. __Numbers cannot be stamped. Please inquire with the designer about the feasibility of mixed stamping.__ Uppercase letters are 4mm high, lowercase letters are 3mm high. Due to the difficulty in uniformly heating each character with the hot stamping machine, issues such as gold foil peeling may occur if there are too many or very long characters, or if all characters are uppercase. These situations are unavoidable. Please consider your desired stamping content carefully if this is a concern. 2. The hot stamping add-on service covers the price for one line of stamping only. It does not include back-side or multi-line stamping. 3. This product is made to order. The number of working days will vary depending on the size and quantity of the item. Generally, items will be shipped within 10 business days. 4. Leather naturally has grain patterns and may exhibit marks from the cow's growth period, such as scars or insect bites. Please order only if you accept these natural characteristics. 5. Product photos are actual photographs, but color variations may occur due to computer monitors and lighting. The actual product color is the final reference. 6. Handmade items may inevitably show slight imperfections from the crafting process and cannot be as flawless as factory-produced items.
