1. Upon ordering, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email" from the system.
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired engraving content in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your order.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared after payment, so please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a tax ID number, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
