1. The experience time is about 2.5 hours, which may be adjusted according to the on-site conditions and the number of people. It is recommended to inquire before placing an order. Build Good Toys reserves all rights.
2. Target audience: Ages 10 and above, parents and children are welcome. Children under 10 must be accompanied by their parents.
3. Fees include: lecturer fees, materials, tools and equipment, venue fees, and refreshments (1 per person)
4. Please arrive 15 minutes early so that the class can start on time!
【Intimate Reminder】
1. After placing an order, please confirm whether you have received the trial class e-ticket sent by Pinkoi via E-MAIL and confirm the content, items and time period.
2. Space is limited. For the comfort and safety of all participants, only ticket holders are allowed to participate. Those without tickets are not allowed to participate.
3. For handcrafting courses, you cannot enroll only one person and have two people share the same materials.
4. If the materials are wrong or damaged due to personal negligence during the process, the experiencer can only purchase the materials again (make up the difference) on the spot before continuing the production. Please understand.
5. If you need to reschedule your trip, please refund your ticket and purchase a new one (5 days in advance).
6. Participants must abide by the venue rules and follow the on-site instructor's instructions. Any damage caused by violations will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
7. Please arrive on time for the event. Please try not to be late to avoid affecting your experience time. (According to regulations, no refunds can be made on the same day)
8. During the course, "Build Good Things" will take side-view photos and upload them to the "Build Good Things" event page on Facebook or Instagram. These photos and videos may contain your image for event documentation and other promotional purposes. Participants are free to download their own photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor at the event, and the instructor will take care to avoid being photographed.
【Refund Notice】
1. If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters (for example, suspension of classes due to typhoons), Zhuhaowanyi will proactively contact you to postpone the session or refund the money.
2. If you cancel your ticket due to personal reasons, a 30% handling fee will be charged. (If you are truly inconvenienced, we recommend you contact Zhuhaowanyi to change the show, but this is limited to one time.)
3. Cancellations can be made up to four days before the course starts (excluding the day of the course) and a full refund will be given. Cancellations will not be accepted from three days before the course starts until the day of the course starts, and no refund will be given.
4. After placing an order, please confirm the items and amount on the electronic ticket. We will only provide a difference on site and will not provide a refund. Please contact us privately for cancellation and refund information.
