It is not a coating or ink, ensuring a permanent and safe finish. 【Cleaning and Characteristics】 1. Before first use, wash thoroughly with neutral detergent. Alternatively, wipe with a paper towel dipped in edible oil several times to easily remove any residual grey titanium powder from the manufacturing process, then wash with neutral detergent. The use of edible oil during stamping (without acid pickling) means trace amounts of grey powder are unavoidable; however, the non-toxic, safe manufacturing process ensures it is perfectly safe to wash and use. 2. If food becomes burnt or stuck, gently scrub with the abrasive side of a sponge or a soft steel scrubber. 3. If the surface color is scrubbed away or the base metal is revealed, rest assured that this is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, containing no harmful heavy metals, and the utensils remain perfectly safe for use. 4. Do not soak in stain remover, hydrogen peroxide-based reducers, or sodium percarbonate cleaners, as these will permanently strip the titanium of its color and luster. 【Characteristic Explanations】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and stress. The appearance of food stains, large blue/purple patches after steaming or washing, or brown spots on unheated items (not rust; pure titanium does not rust) are inherent metallic characteristics. They do not affect safety and will typically fade or disappear with continued regular use. 2. Heating above 250°C in an oven or over an open flame may cause color changes to blue/purple; this is permanent but does not affect safety. 4. Large, flat shapes may be susceptible to warping when exposed to direct open flames. 5. Pure titanium can easily show water spots, which is a metallic characteristic. If preferred, wipe dry immediately after washing to maintain the appearance. 【Appliances】 Single-layer titanium tableware is suitable for heating; double-layer items are not. Dish Dryer - Suitable: If oily residue (e.g., olive oil) remains, blue/purple powder may appear during drying; this is dried oil and will disappear once washed. Dishwasher - Suitable: Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave water spots, but this does not affect safety. Gas Stove - Direct flame safe: Do not heat empty; use low-to-medium heat. Electric Steamer, Air Fryer, Ceramic Heater, Infrared Heater - Suitable. Oven - Suitable: High-temperature color changes are a physical characteristic of titanium and remain safe to use. Microwave - Not suitable: Inefficient performance. Induction Cooker - Not suitable: Titanium is non-magnetic.
