*After filling out the registration form and completing payment, please contact the teacher to confirm your successful registration.
*Regarding lunch and snacks, they will be purchased by the teachers. If there are any foods your child cannot eat (e.g., due to allergies), please be sure to inform the teacher. Thank you.
*Please bring your own reusable lunchbox, water bottle, sleeping bag, and wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
*If you experience symptoms such as fever and upper respiratory infection before class, please refrain from attending.
*During the morning quiet time, you may bring your summer homework or extracurricular reading materials.
*The five-day camp and single-day camp include lunch and snacks.
*For absences, please notify us by 5:00 PM the day before. For sudden illness, please provide a doctor's note. Approved absences will have the tuition fee credited towards other courses.
*Failure to comply with the absence policy will result in no refund or make-up classes.
*To ensure the quality of our classes, once a camp is registered and paid for, no refunds or date changes will be permitted. Special circumstances will be discussed with the teacher.
*In case of natural disasters, typhoons, earthquakes, or government-issued school closures, we will notify you in advance, and the tuition fee for that session will be credited towards other courses.
*Maple Art Studio reserves the right to modify or change these terms.
