While the ingredients are simple, the creation process is exceptionally intricate. Dough made from flour, natural butter, and water is rested in the refrigerator for half a day before being fully encased in fermented butter. After each rolling and folding, the dough must be chilled until completely relaxed. This process is repeated six times with triple folds, culminating in the signature 730 layers of our signature puff pastry. Each piece is then carefully shaped, sprinkled with tempting sugar crystals, and baked at a high temperature of 250°C to achieve perfect puffiness.
