After placing separate orders, please send us screenshots of your payments. ⚠️ Important Reminders ⚠️ 1. To ensure a pleasant aromatic experience for everyone, please refrain from bringing strong-smelling food and beverages. It's also best to avoid wearing perfume to the workshop, so your senses aren't compromised by existing fragrances! 2. As this is a professional workshop, to protect the rights and learning experience of both instructors and participants, the studio is exclusively for registered attendees. Companions and children under 12 years of age are not permitted. If you wish to take photos or videos, please inquire with the instructor beforehand. 3. During this period, please wear a mask. If you are feeling unwell, please inform us and provide relevant documentation to arrange for a postponement of your course date with the instructor. 4. The workshop duration is 2 hours. If the session exceeds this time, an additional fee of $60 per 20 minutes will apply. 5. Participants are not permitted to leave the premises mid-session for any reason, such as stepping out to buy something or for a smoke break. 6. Companions are not allowed. In case of violation, the studio reserves the right to deny entry to the participant. 7. The listed price is for a single participant. If booking for [2 people], please select '2' in the quantity field before placing your order. ◎ Refund Policy 1. In the event of natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, please contact us to arrange for a postponement or refund. 2. Due to personal reasons (e.g., arriving more than 30 minutes late, no-show), the booking will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued. 3. Cancellations made within 3 days before the class (including the day of the class) are non-refundable; only one date change is permitted. 4. Cancellations made one week before the class will incur a deduction of the $500 deposit from the refund. 5. The studio will open 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. Please do not be late; participants arriving more than 30 minutes late will not be admitted and are not eligible for refunds or date changes.
