▶ Ticket Sales Policy
1. Upon placing an order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired inscription in the "Message to Designer" field after confirming your engraving details.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. As materials are prepared upon order and payment, please book your session at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a uniform invoice receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
