Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear posts and hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike common nickel-chromium alloy found in mass-produced items, our materials and plating do not contain nickel, thus preventing allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still experience allergies after wearing them? A: If you still experience allergic reactions after wearing them, it is likely due to one of the following: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual susceptibility (acidic perspiration, skin, or blood cells that easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear allergies, and the ear post material is rarely the sole cause. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital, which may incur a higher out-of-pocket cost, to clarify the exact cause and protect both parties' rights. Since we began crafting jewelry in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions to date. Is it truly made of paper, or acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Acrylic cannot be manufactured to achieve such intricate detail. All our pieces are handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof adhesive after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday situations (such as humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them during activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take to ship after placing an order? A: Monday to Friday (Production & Shipping) Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays (No shipping as we attend markets) As we participate in markets and events, and the post office does not deliver on weekends, we ship orders between Monday and Friday. All accessories are made to order.
