These are SDGs jewelry pieces featuring Kintsugi, upcycled from pottery by Matsuundozan kiln (Shouunzan-gama), crafted in Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
Pottery that is cracked, chipped, or no longer usable is upcycled and adorned with Kintsugi to be reborn as accessories.
The concept behind these pieces is to evoke a sense of nature and Japan's enduring traditions, transforming them into modern accessories that connect to the future and unlock new possibilities.
Elegant pottery fragments with a striking deep green hue are paired with golden accents.
They sway gently with movement, adding a touch of radiance to your ears.
The sides of the pottery pieces are finished with Kintsugi, allowing the gold to catch the light and add a refined touch from every angle.
These pieces make a wonderful accent for both casual and elegant outfits.
Length: Pottery fragment: 15 x 15mm, Total length: 60mm
Metal fittings: Surgical stainless steel ear posts (Metal fittings cannot be changed)

Each piece is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation, making it an ideal gift. Please consider them as a special present for your loved ones.

*"Kintsugi" is a unique Japanese traditional repair technique that mends cracked or chipped ceramics using lacquer and gold powder. These pieces are crafted using a modern, simplified Kintsugi technique. While traditional Kintsugi uses tree sap from the lacquer tree (urushi), this method uses adhesive for bonding, in addition to lacquer paint and gold powder.
The Kintsugi parts are made with lacquer (a manufacturer-produced paint, not raw urushi) and gold powder (brass powder, pearl powder), along with UV resin for reinforcement.
