Should certain materials be seasonally unavailable or of subpar quality, we will make appropriate adjustments to maintain the product's quality, while ensuring over 90% similarity. To protect the designer's rights and cover production costs, all orders can only have their pickup date delayed after placement; cancellations are not permitted. • Custom floral gifts are handmade, and floral materials can be customized to your preferred color palette. Custom floral gifts require ordering 7 business days in advance (excluding holidays). • We take great care in protecting items during shipping to prevent damage. Minor shedding of floral debris during transit is normal and not a defect. If you are unable to accept this, please do not place an order. Please message us if you have any issues with the product! ✿ Care Instructions: • Dried and preserved floral materials do not require watering. Avoid humidity and direct sunlight. For routine maintenance, you can use a hairdryer on a low setting to blow away dust from the surface, or gently brush the surface with a small soft brush. • Avoid heavy pressure and pulling. Some shedding of floral materials may occur over time, and the natural fading of dried flowers is also normal. • With proper care, dried and preserved floral materials can last for one to two years, or even longer. ✿ Shipping Method Notes: • For convenience store pickup, due to carton size restrictions (must be less than 45cm), if you require two or more items, please place separate orders. • Due to the conveyor belt sorting system used by convenience stores for package delivery, minor shedding of floral debris is inevitable. If product integrity is a major concern, please select home delivery. • For customers in Taipei City and New Taipei City, self-pickup is welcome and can better ensure the product's completeness.
