◗ Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this event.
◗ Only ticket holders may participate. Those without tickets are not permitted to accompany or participate.
◗ To ensure the smooth running of the experience, please do not be late. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will not be admitted and are not eligible for refunds.
◗ Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor. Any damage caused by violation will be the responsibility of the participant.
◗ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
◗ If participation is terminated due to reasons beyond your control, refunds will not be issued.
◗ If the class is canceled due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund. In the event of a typhoon, the closure and refund standards announced by the location of the event will be used as the basis for class commencement and refunds, regardless of the participant's location.
