**Polar Bear**
Polar bears are animals capable of surviving in harsh, frigid environments, primarily inhabiting areas around the Arctic Circle, such as Alaska, Canada, Russia, Norway, and Greenland. Despite their white appearance, polar bears actually have black skin; their transparent fur reflects sunlight and ice, making them appear white. This camouflage allows them to stealthily track and ambush their prey on the ice.
Due to global warming, the Arctic ice cover is rapidly diminishing, posing a comprehensive threat to the survival of all Arctic life, including polar bears, which sit at the apex of the food chain. Deprived of food and habitat, polar bears are often shot when they wander into human communities in search of food from garbage bins. Currently, the global polar bear population is around 20,000, and scholars estimate that wild polar bears could become extinct within the next 40 years.
**IUCN Status: Vulnerable (VU)**

Q: What is ironing embroidery?
This embroidery patch has an adhesive backing, allowing it to be ironed onto clothing, canvas bags, hats, and more using an iron. Follow these steps:
1. Remove the green clay backing used for securing.
2. Place the ironing patch in the desired position. Cover it with a cloth about the thickness of a handkerchief to prevent damage to the embroidery and garment from high heat.
3. Set your iron to its highest temperature and press down for at least 30 seconds, until the edges are fully adhered.
4. Allow the embroidery to cool before use.
*Do not use a steam iron.
*Do not iron onto nylon, silk, waterproof materials, sweaters, or down-filled clothing.
*Do not allow children to operate this product unsupervised.
