1. The course starts with a minimum of 1 person, and a maximum of 8 people. For more than 6 people, please call to make an appointment for a private class (booking fee is extra).
2. After registration, please note the desired experience time slot, and we will reserve a priority slot for you.
3. After the ticket is successfully purchased, you will receive an electronic ticket, and no physical ticket will be sent. On the day of the event, please present your e-ticket at the registration counter to enter.
4. Due to the limited space in the classroom and taking into account the quality of teaching, it is not possible to bring your companions to participate in the activity.
5. Ticket Usage Specifications and Return and Exchange Instructions
- If you cancel your registration 7 days before the event, you can get a full refund of the tuition fee; no refund application will be accepted within 7 days, and you can transfer the class to others.
- Please attend during the reserved time period, no experience content will be provided outside the reserved time period. If you fail to attend within the time limit due to personal factors, you will be deemed to have given up the ticket service and cannot apply for a refund.
