Try something different and better! M Blend is our new blend but it totally amazed our shop clients, and recently became a hit blend among all the others. When making it into espresso or americano, the medium raisin-like acidity gently emerged, and the full sweetness came right after it. The rich raisin flavor was strong in cup. It was even more tasty if in cold drink. On the other hands, the M Blend latte was another epic. When it was with milk, the vanilla and milk chocolate took the entire cup. It was really balanced with the long sweetness. At the aftertaste, you would have a lingering raisin. You could also use M Blend on cocktails or any special drinks. At ISA, we use it as the base of our espresso tonic and affogato. And it turned out to bring more complexity to these easy and simple drinks positively. It suits those who want to try different espresso-based drink. Also, it was a refreshing type of blend for summer. __How Could I Brew A Delicious ISA Coffee at Home__ The video illustrates how we make pour-over at the cafe. English subtitle is available! https://youtu.be/UzE3JVGu8qc **Pour-over** Grind 15g coffee and pour 92℃ fresh water for 240g into it. **Drip Coffee** Tear out the fabric bag along the cutting line. Leave it properly on your mug with the paper hand fixed on the rim. Then pour the 90℃ water into the ground coffee for approximately 150 to 180g. **Aeropress** Dose 20g ground coffee into the lower part of Aeropress. Fill it with 85℃ water and agitate it gently. Then seal it with the black lid. Switch it and press it on your mug. Press it slowly for 30 seconds. **Batch Brewer** Dose 40g ground coffee and fill 700g water. Brew it! **Cold Brew** Dose 20g ground coffee and fill 240g tap water. Immerse it for 10 minutes. Then filter the coffee out and place it in the fridge for 2 hours.
