Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **| Burning Instructions | **: Pillar candles are prone to dripping. Several factors can influence this, such as a single draft in the burning environment or an off-center wick, which can cause unvaporized wax to overflow down the sides, leading to wax wastage and a shorter burn time. The dripped wax, once solidified and not reheated, can be recycled into new candles. The Natural Hinoki Beeswax Honeycomb Candle, made from textured foundation sheets, has a naturally less dense structure with more air pockets, meaning it won't burn for an exceptionally long time. It burns faster than you might expect. For the small honeycomb candle, it is recommended for decorative purposes primarily! This candle has a wider diameter. Ideally, each burn should last until the entire surface has melted (approximately 30-40 minutes) before extinguishing. If the burning environment is not conducive, a wax wall may form. This is normal; you can gently peel away the wax wall once the candle has cooled, or you can leave it as part of its unique character.^_^ *Designer's test: A wax wall typically forms around 20-30 minutes. If you are happy with the thickness of the wax wall at this point, you can extinguish the candle. How to extend burn time? Place the candle in a deep container (refer to the second product image). This will collect the dripped wax, effectively extending the burn time. If you use a shallow, flat container, the dripped wax will spread out and be less efficiently utilized (refer to the first product image). **As the candle has a small decorative bee inserted, a hole will remain after removal. It is recommended to knead some leftover wax to fill the hole before burning to prevent wax leakage from the pool. Alternatively, you can leave a note for the designer requesting the candle without the bee decoration. If no specific request is made, the candle will be shipped with the bee decoration inserted!** **| Precautions | **: ※ Pillar candles must be used with a candle holder or placed on a heat-resistant dish; do not use them freestanding. ※ Before burning, remove any decorative elements and trim the wick to approximately 0.5cm. ※ Before each burn, remember to trim the carbonized wick to about 0.5cm. ※ During burning, avoid direct drafts and monitor the wick's position. Both can cause dripping and shorten the burn time. ※ Keep burning candles away from pets, children, and flammable materials. ※ Ensure the space is well-ventilated and never leave a burning candle unattended. ※ The essential oil is purely for fragrance enhancement and is different from scented candles designed for strong aroma diffusion. When burning, the scent will not be pronounced; it is primarily the warm aroma of the burning wax. ※ Beeswax naturally has a slightly smoky and honey-like scent, complemented by the woody notes of the added Hinoki essential oil. However, these aromas are not very strong after burning. ※ Do not move the candle while it is burning or place it in a drafty area. Besides safety concerns, this can lead to incomplete combustion and black soot. This occurs because rapid movement or strong wind lowers the flame temperature, preventing complete combustion and resulting in carbon particles. **| Designer's Tip |**: This is my personal favorite from the beeswax collection. Its warm, rustic color and texture deeply captivate me. I recommend burning it to your desired state, allowing some wax to drip and leaving a thin wax wall. Paired with a vintage candle holder and placed in your favorite corner, it creates a stunning decorative piece that enhances the ambiance of any space.
