1. Please arrive on time.
To ensure the smooth running of the class, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to check in and be seated.
2. Flower materials are subject to availability on the day.
We adjust based on seasonal blooms to maintain freshness and beauty.
3. If you need to cancel or reschedule.
Please notify us 3 days before the class. You may reschedule once;
no refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
4. Please bring a protective bag or paper bag.
This will help you safely take your finished arrangement home.
5. The class includes one complimentary drink.
You may redeem it before or after the class, subject to on-site arrangements.
6. A friendly shared space.
When taking photos or videos, please do not disrupt others' creative experience.
Kindly keep your workspace tidy and converse softly.
7. About photography and recording.
The organizers may use course photos and videos for event documentation or future recruitment promotions.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff in advance at the event.
We will be mindful and make appropriate arrangements so you can participate comfortably.
