Please refer to the actual color of the item received. # Size: Measurements may vary slightly due to different methods, with an error margin of 0.5-1 cm considered normal. # Solder Marks: While crafted with precision by our artisans, handmade items may exhibit minor solder marks, such as at the junction of earring posts and earrings, or at necklace connections. Slight unevenness at these points is normal. # Gemstones: All items feature natural gemstones, each with unique inclusions and textures. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances: # Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period. # The item is not returned in its original packaging box and shipping carton. # Incomplete or damaged product accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft paper boxes, and earring backs. # Not a normal try-on; the product shows clear signs of prolonged wear and soiling. # The product has been modified, such as engraving or size/chain length adjustments. # Promotional gifts have not been returned. # The product is damaged due to human factors upon return. # Engraved items are considered custom-made and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. * As per court rulings, custom-made products created according to consumer requests are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period, and thus, custom-made products cannot be returned. * Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE ADORN.
